The garden was divided it into three areas.

A small deck and bench seat (with removable lid) to hide waste pipes and drains were constructed.

The middle area provides room for entertaining and has a backdrop of curved railway sleepers to add a feeling of enclosure.

There are focal points throughout the garden which add interest as you progress through it.

This is the back garden of

a late Victorian terraced

house in Felixstowe.

The garden is long and

narrow and had to be

broken up so that the eye is

distracted from the end to make the garden feel wider.

The third area,

near the back

gate,  has space

for a shed and

another

entertaining

area which traps

the evening sun and can also be used as a work space.
